Mobilicity Vancouver “Buyer’s Remorse Policy” gets extended

We’ve been receiving tips all day today about Mobilicity network issues in both Edmonton and Vancouver. Apparently new customers were unable to receive calls (but were able to  make outgoing calls and send/receive texts)… the glitch was only temporary and lasted a few hours at the most.

Ever since Mobilicity launched Vancouver back on November 18th they have been open about the network issues there. Customers in the past were getting “accidental CDN Roaming” while in their coverage area, but Mobilicity followed through and gave Vancouver customers free roaming. Very aptly timed to the Vancouver issue above – Mobilicity has decided to extend their 30-day “Vancouver Buyer’s Remorse Policy” to March 30th, this was supposed to expire on February 28th.

For those new Mobilicity customers are you able to receive calls now?

(Thanks tipster!)
