Virgin Mobile has come out with a $35 new plan called the “City Unlimited Calling plan” which cut away the zones. So now at $35/month gives you unlimited local calling and Unlimited Canada, U.S. and International texting. The internal doc we have states that this is available today and “this new version removes Zone restrictions and includes more handsets!… The plan is available in Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton, Toronto and Montreal. (No longer available in Ottawa)”.
