Virgin Mobile rolling out $35 City Unlimited plan to Ottawa, London, Victoria and Quebec City

Everyday things get a bit more competitive in Canada… effective tomorrow (Friday, April 29th) Virgin Mobile will be expanding their $35 City Unlimited plan to 4 new locations. Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton, Toronto and Montreal already offer this plan but in a few short hours Ottawa, London, Victoria and Quebec City will be added to the list. The $35 City Unlimited plan includes unlimited local calling and Unlimited Canada/US/International texting.
