TELUS releases the Android 2.2 LG Optimus 3G

Out of nowhere is another Android-powered device from TELUS. The LG Optimus 3G is strikingly similar in design and specs to the Optimus One. This Android comes with OS 2.2, a 3.2-inch touchscreen (320×480), Wi-Fi and the ability to create a Wii-Fi hotspot for up to 5 devices, 3.2 megapixel camera with video and can hold up to 32GB with a microSD card (in the box is a 2GB card). The Optimus 3G is available for $0.00 on a 3-year contract but one of the major differences in the both entry level LG devices is the no-contract price. The new LG Optimus 3G can be yours for $529.99 (you can get a Nexus S for cheaper) and the LG Optimus One is now selling for $199.99 outright.

Check out the Optimus 3G here at TELUS.
