Ceridian has released Canada’s first mobile payroll app. The “Powerpay” app is exclusively available to existing Powerpay Web customers and costs a high $6.99 (CDN). This is currently available for BlackBerry devices, but will soon be available for the iPhone in the next few weeks. The app gives business the ability to review and process their payroll from their smartphone at any moment. In addition, an update will roll out later this summer that will include the option of adding and editing employee profiles.
