ASUS announced last week that the Transformer Prime, which is currently sold out in Canada, will be upgraded to OS 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich “starting January 12th”. More tasty ICS news today, specifically for those who have the ASUS Eee Pad Transformer. This Honeycomb tablet will also be graced with Android OS 4.0. On ASUS’ Facebook page today the company stated that “ICS 4.0 will be coming to existing Eee Pad Transformer TF101. Exact date TBC but we are working on making the FOTA update available a.s.a.p. after Jan 12th launch with Prime TF201”. Good to see the ICS updates, at least announcements, are quickly rolling forward. More soon…
