Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 LTE coming to Rogers

LTE is gaining steam in Canada. We currently have three LTE (Long Term Evolution) networks live in Canada: Rogers, Bell and TELUS. There’s some cross-over when it comes to devices – the Galaxy Note is available at all the carriers, plus the Optimus LTE is available at both Bell and TELUS. Basically all the internet sticks can be found on all the shelves. Now, following tradition, the Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 LTE will be finding some space in a Rogers store near you – this tablet is also available at Bell and TELUS. The dummy devices have started to arrive and although we don’t have the price plans, you can expect this to be available for about $650 outright.

Specs of the Tab 8.9 have it with running OS Android 3.2 Honeycomb with TouchWIZ, 8.9-inch display (1280×800), 1.5 Ghz dual-core processor, 1GB RAM, 16GB internal storage, 3MP camera with a 2MP front-facing camera, Wi-Fi and overall dimensions of 230.9 x 157.8 x 8.6 mm with a weight of 455 grams.
