While many people have transitioned passed playing Angry Birds, say to Draw Something, Rovio keeps the updates to the popular game coming at a fierce pace. Angry Birds Space was released to the masses on March 22nd, available on almost every platform – Android, iPhone, iPad, Mac, Nook, Amazon. Rovio’s CEO, Mikael Hed, also announced that “we are working towards getting Angry Birds Space to WP7.” So how did the downloads fair over the past few days? A whopping 10 million. The company declared on Twitter this morning that “10 million Angry Birds Space downloads in less than 3 days! Thanks to our fans, stay tuned for more!”
No word on how many were paid or free, but Angry Birds is still a force to be reckoned with.
