Bell turns on LTE in Whitehorse and Peterborough, now reaches “over 7 million Canadians”


Bell has flipped the switch on their LTE network in both Whitehorse and Peterborough, now claiming to reach “over 7 million Canadians,” up a million from their last coverage expansion. Residents now have access to various LTE-enabled devices, such as the Galaxy Note, Optimus LTE and Raider. More importantly, this brings faster speeds to the area – now capable of reaching peak download speeds of up to 75Mbps (average is between 12-25Mbps).
