HTC One S now available in Canada


Today Canadians can officially grab the HTC One S from various carriers. As stated before, pricing will vary, but the specs will be the same. We know that Bell, Virgin, Fido and TELUS will go live today, perhaps SaskTel too. You can expect the no-term to be between $569.99 (TELUS) upward to $599.99 (Virgin, Bell and Fido). The 3-year is around the $100 mark.

A quick rundown of this slim (7.95 mm) Android OS 4.0 device: comes with the new Sense 4.0, Beats Audio, has a 4.3-inch qHD Super AMOLED display (resolution of 540 x 960), 1.5 GHz dual-core processor, 1 GB RAM, 8 megapixels with LED flash and can record/playback 1080p HD videos, VGA front-facing camera, plus you;ll get get 25 GB of Dropbox storage free for a couple years.

Bell, TELUS, Virgin and Fido have gone live with the One S. So far it’s TELUS that has the best no-term pricing at $569.99, but Fido comes out with the highest 3-year pricing at $150.

Update: Fido officially has the highest priced 3-year contract at $150, but the lowest price no-term at $550
