BOOM! TELUS is making the future friendly by getting rid of the pesky $35 “Activation Fee” and the $25 equipment exchange fee, otherwise known as the “Renewal Fee.” This will officially go in place on Monday, October 15th and is not a promo, but something TELUS states will be forever.
TELUS is the first of the Big 3 carriers to implement this – surely others will follow. We’ll have more details shortly.
