Humble Bundle IV brings Swords & Sworcery EP to Android for the first time

We’ve been pretty excited about the trend of games debuting on Android via the charitable enterprise Humble Bundle.

Humble Bundle IV is the latest in the combination of DRM-free games and raising money for a good cause. While the kit calls out its Android compatibility, it gives you five games (and a bonus title if you hit a certain price point) that work on Android, Windows, OS X and Linux.

The offering this time includes one game that hasn’t been available on Android until now, the popular iOS game Superbrothers: Sword & Sworcery EP. The collaboration between Capybara Games and musician Jim Guthrie is a gorgeous pixel art platformer that has won many awards since its release on iOS in early 2011.

The other games include puzzlers Splice and Eufloria; action platformer Waking Mars; and Crayon Physics Deluxe, which likely needs no explanation. If you reach a particular price — the average of all current buyers — Humble Bundle will also include the amazing adventure game Machinarium.

Purchasing the bundle means getting the soundtrack to each game, too, which is especially notable due to the inclusion of Swords & Sworcery.

So far, Humble Bundle IV has earned nearly $200,000, and that number is quickly rising. If you’re interested, head on over to Humble Bundle and stake your claim.
