Sony Xperia T (The Bond Phone) now available

The Sony Xperia T – The Bond Phone – is available today and can be yours through a variety of carriers: Bell, Rogers, then it will be hitting MTS and Videotron in a couple weeks. The specs are impressive as is the device, coming with a 4.6-inch HD display (1280 x 720), 1.5GHz dual core processor, 13MP camera that captures 1080p HD videos. The Xperia T runs Android OS 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich and Sony has confirmed that we’ll see an upgrade to Jelly Bean “following launch.”

In addition, Rogers, Bell and MTS will carry an LTE-enabled Xperia T, while Mobilicity and Videotron will have an HSPA+ version. The device will run you about $100 on a 3-year, $525 on a month-to-month, or $550 outright. Mobilicity has this available for $499.99 outright.
