Nokia releases Here Maps for iPhone and iPad


If you’re not thrilled with Apple Maps for iOS, then you might want to give Nokia newly branded NAVTEQ-powered solution Here Maps a try. This is now available in the App Store, compatible with the iPhone, iPad and iPod touch running iOS 4.3 or later. The app is based on HTML 5 and offers an array of features – map view, live traffic view, public transport line view or satellite view – and has maps/directions from over 200 countries.
