Samsung Canada stated last week that Galaxy S III users would start receiving the upgrade to Android OS 4.1 Jelly Bean tomorrow (Monday, December 3rd), but it seems that some users – currently Rogers, TELUS, Bell, Virgin – have already received a notification OTA that they can go forth and download. Check your device to see if it’s hit your GS III yet: Menu >> Settings >> About phone >> System software updates >> Check now.
