We had the chance to play with the upcoming BlackBerry Q10, the newly-renamed company’s QWERTY BlackBerry 10 device.
It resembles the best parts of the Bold 9900, including the gorgeous reinforced “3D glass” back cover and the absolutely phenomenal hardware keyboard. But everything else, from the 720×720 display (330ppi) to the internal hardware to the app support, is brand new.
While we weren’t able to use the pre-production unit (available this spring in Canada), it appears to be around the same size as the Bold 9900 despite the larger 3.1-inch display. Rogers opened up its reservation system for the Q10 and we’d suspect the phone to be priced slightly below the Z10.
