If last year was any indication, Google I/O 2013 will be a hotbed of announcements, product demos, parties, laughs and more than a bit of swag.

According to the newly-updated web page, Google will begin registration on March 13th at 7am PDT/10am EDT. The actual event will take place over three days, Wednesday May 15 to Friday May 17, and may coincide with the announcement of Motorola’s rumoured X-Phone.

If you’re interested in attending Google I/O 2013, make sure you have a reliable internet connection on March 13th, along with your rabbit’s foot, lucky pair of underwear, and anything else you typically use to sway the online ticketing gods.

Update: Google has updated its Google+ page detailing the pricing for I/O: “Registration will open on Wednesday, March 13, 2013 at 7:00 AM PDT (GMT-7) and will remain open until tickets are sold out. Based on demand in previous years, we expect to sell out quickly. Just like last year, ticket prices will be USD $900 for general attendees and $300 for academic attendees, and you’ll need a Google+ account and a Google Wallet buyer account to register.”
