The Novatel MiFi 2 is coming to Canada and seems to be an exclusive to Bell. This mobile hotspot brings LTE connectivity and one of the selling points is its 2.8-inch touchscreen display. Novatel points out that the added benefit of a touchscreen on a mobile hotspot – which is apparently the world’s first – is that you have more control of the information, specifically your data usage and on-board shared storage (holds up to 32GB). As for other notable specs, the MiFi 2 has 11 hours of battery life, can connect up to 10 Wi-Fi enabled devices, overall dimensions are 99.5 x 73.1 x 8.8 mm and weighs 120 grams.
No indication of a price point and according to the press release we received the MiFi 2 will land on Canadian soil “this March.”
