HTC One facing delays, will start fulfilling pre-orders by end of March

htconelowres-1
Over the past several days there were rumours that HTC’s new flagship Android device might have faced a small launch delay. This was mainly for European markets and today HTC went on record and stated “We will start fulfilling pre-orders by end March in certain markets and will roll out to more markets as we approach April.”

There was no specific reason given, but we’ve reached out to HTC Canada to see if our launch date has slipped. During the big unveiling a couple weeks ago HTC stated that the One will hit Canadian soil “in March.” So there’s still hope that we’re included in the pre-orders. Canadians will see the One arrive on Rogers, Bell, TELUS and Virgin Mobile. Rogers has already started taking pre-orders and have priced the One at $149.99 on a 3-year.

We’ll have more info soon. In the meantime, check out our hands-on of the HTC One here.
