Update: PC Mobile launching Postpaid service, here’s the 3 new rate plans

pcplans
A few weeks ago we let you know that PC Mobile was going to revamp their wireless plans and offering. Their postpaid wireless launch date was supposed to go live on June 5th, but we’ve been informed that they’ll now go live on June 12th (tomorrow).

PC will offer several devices under their brand in both no-term and contract (1-year, 1.5-year or 2-year contract lengths), specifically the Samsung Galaxy S4 in Black ($625 outright ); BlackBerry Q10 in Black ($625); LG Nexus 4 ($400); Samsung Galaxy SII X in Black ($300); Samsung Galaxy Ace IIx in Black ($180) and the Nokia Lumia 520 ($180). As for the monthly rate plans, here’s what you can expect:

$35/month:
– 100 Nationwide anytime minutes
– Unlimited Nationwide family calling
– Unlimited Nationwide evening and weekends (6PM)
– Unlimited International text, picture and video messaging
– 100MB data
– Call display, Voice mail, call forwarding, call conferencing
– $2/month add-on for 5PM evenings

$50/month:
– 500 Nationwide anytime minutes
– Unlimited Nationwide family calling
– Unlimited Nationwide evening and weekends (6PM)
– Unlimited International text, picture and video messaging
– 500MB data
– Call display, Voice mail, call forwarding, call conferencing
– $2/month add-on for 5PM evenings

$65/month:
– Unlimited Calling
– Unlimited Nationwide family calling
– Unlimited Nationwide evening and weekends (6PM)
– Unlimited International text, picture and video messaging
– 1GB data
– Call display, Voice mail, call forwarding, call conferencing

If you need more voice or data, PC also has a few add-ons – or what they call ‘stacks’ – for you. 5PM evenings can be included for another $2/month, $5 for another 25 minutes of voice. Adding data is a bit more expensive as 100MB will cost you $5 on the $35 plan, and $5 for 500MB on the $50 or $65/month plan.

Currently the PC Mobile site says “NEW MONTHLY PLANS COMING JUNE 2013. Sweet deals ahead.” Again, the new offering will go live tomorrow and the network is powered by TELUS.

Update: According to a few tips we received, plus an internal doc, it shows that “the launch of PC Mobile has been delayed until further notice.” No reason given. We’ll update you when we learn more.
