In case you missed it last week, Jay-Z’s ‘Magna Carta Holy Grail’ album is now available for some Samsung Galaxy owners to download.
Specifically, owners of the Galaxy S3, Galaxy S4 and Galaxy Note II can download the album through the exclusive JAYZ Magna Carta app, which also delves into the making of the album and provides lyrics to follow along with.
The app itself is quite an interesting one, all swagger and horizontal scrolling, disappearing the notification bar the way a game or video would.
The only foreseeable issue is the need to log in with either a Twitter or Facebook account. In order to obtain the lyrics to each song, users are forced to allow the app to auto-tweet on their behalf. If you can get past that, there’s a 16-track album with your name on it.
