Ready for a phablet to hit WIND Mobile? The Huawei Ascend Mate was officially announced las January and we’ve been informed that this 6.1-inch phone/tablet will be available at WIND Mobile on August 29th. According to an internal doc we received it shows that the prices will range from $399 outright to $99 on the WINDTab 40 plan.
As for specs of Android-powered Ascend Mate, this sports a massive 6.1-inch 1280×720 display, 1.5Ghz quad-core K3V2 processor, 2GB RAM, 16GB internal storage, 4050 mAh battery and an 8MP camera. At CES 2013 this year we had some hands-on time with the Mate – check it here.
