Rogers launches new $45 and $55 monthly ‘Smart Picks’ plans

Rogers has come out with a couple new ‘Smart Picks’ monthly plans today. The prices are $45 and $55/month and replaces the $50 and $60 plans – essentially lowering the monthly charges. In addition, Rogers has upped the amount of minutes on both, plus doubled the data usage for the $55 plan. As previously stated, these plans are non-shareable and can only be hooked onto entry-level or mid-range devices.

Here’s the breakdown of each plan:

$45/month ‘Smart Picks’ plan:
– 150 Canada-Wide minutes and 6pm Canada-Wide calling
– Unlimited Messaging (SMS, MMS & Video)
– Call Display & Voicemail (3 Messages)
– 200MB internet (data)
– All Smart Picks plans are eligible to a 10% off BYOD Discount

$55/month ‘Smart Picks’ plan:
– 1,000 Canada-Wide minutes and 6pm Canada-Wide calling
– Unlimited Messaging (SMS, MMS & Video)
– Call Display & Voicemail (3 Messages)
– 500MB internet (data)
– All Smart Picks plans are eligible to a 10% off BYOD Discount
