This is the 8-inch version of the new orientation-busting slate from the world’s biggest PC manufacturer, and the company has teamed up with Asthon Kutcher to promote its newest venture into Android-based consumer products.
The device sports an 8-inch 1280×800 pixel IPS display, a 1.2Ghz quad-core MediaTek Cortex-A7 processor, 1GB RAM, 16GB internal storage, a 5MP rear camera and 1.6MP front camera, a 6000mAh battery (12-15 hours uptime), Bluetooth 4.0 and WiFi b/g/n. Of course, it runs Android 4.2 with a few Lenovo optimizations, and though we haven’t tried the 8-inch model, we really enjoyed our time with the 10-inch Yoga Tablet.
