Royal LePage makes searching for a house a bit easier with its Draw-and-Search feature

If you’re looking to purchase a new house then Royal LePage has you covered. The real estate brokerage has moved beyond its current mobile website and released an iPhone app that sets them apart from competing apps on the market, namely Realtor.

The app makes it a tab bit easier to search properties by the “Draw-and-Search” feature. All you’ll have to do is load up the map and pinpoint a specific region, circle it with your finger, and all current Royal LePage listings will pop up. The app also allows you to save searches with one-tap, receive the latest updates on current listings and open houses, plus contact a real estate agent.

The app also gives you the option to refine your search and manually input further details such as property type, number of beds and beds, plus price rage. The app is compatible with iOS 7.
