Polaroid Cube is a pocket camera that records 1080p video

CES usually yields a lot interesting stuff, but not all of it makes it to market. We first spotted Polaroid’s cute-as-a-button Cube video camera on the show floor in Vegas this past January and were starting to worry we might never see it on shelves.

The good news is that the device is now available to buy. Polaroid gave Cube an official unveiling in June, announcing that the camera is capable of shooting vide in high definition (both 1080p and 720p) with a wide-angle lens and can also capture 6-megapixel still shots. The battery is good for 90 minutes of recording and the Cube supports up to 32 GB via MicroSD.

The Cube is priced at $99.99 US and is available to purchase via Photojojo, which charges $10 to ship to Canada.
