There is no shortage of terrible, useless Kickstarter projects out there. Many are just bad products; others are in just in bad taste.
The bottlocase, from a small London-based group called Techcessorise, has built what appears to be a good product in great taste. But I’m biased.
Up on Kickstarter right now, the bottlocase is a thin, light plastic iPhone 5/5s/6 case with a built-in bottle opener. While not the most innovative of products, it’s quite practical, especially for someone who does a lot of drinking.
The company is offering personalized versions of its bottles, complete with company- or team-specific designs. Available for £24 (around $43 CAD) shipped to Canada, bottlocase is shipping in April next year.
