Microsoft temporarily discounts Surface Pro 3 tablet by up to $150

Those in the market for a tablet will want to direct their attention to Microsoft’s online store.

The company has temporarily slashed the price of its Surface Pro 3 tablets by as much as $150. Microsoft is also throwing in a free sleeve with each tablet. Here’s a quick breakdown of the discounts:

• The 128GB, Core i5 model is currently $899 — down from $999.
• The 256GB, Core i5 model is currently $1,149.00 — down from $1299.00
• The 256GB, Core i7 model is currently $1,399.00 — down from $1549.00
• The 512 GB, Core i7 model is currently $1,799.00 — down from $1949.00

Unfortunately, the 64GB, Core i3 model hasn’t had its priced reduced; it remains $799. It should also be noted that the discounts only apply to the tablets, and not the bundles that include the company’s well-regarded type and touch covers.

For those that prefer to purchase their gadgets in person, the Surface Pro 3 is also on sale at Microsoft’s physical retail locations.

Microsoft hasn’t said exactly when the sale will end, though based on the fact that this looks to be a part of a March Break promotion, one imagines the tablets will be on sale until at least the end of the week.
