LG G4 receives update to improve battery life and Bluetooth performance

The LG G4 has received a minor update across all of its Canadian carrier partners to improve battery life and Bluetooth performance, along with other minor bug fixes.

The LG flagship smartphone, which launched in Canada in early May, was one of the earliest devices to ship with Android 5.1 Lollipop, but has since been relatively quiet in terms of software improvements. While the new version doesn’t change anything aesthetically, the battery life improvements will be greatly appreciated by its customer base.

The new build, V10h, was built on August 21st, so it should also contain a fix for the Stagefright exploit.
