Apple releases iOS 9.0.2 with iCloud and iMessage fixes

Apple has released its second point update in as many weeks for iPhones, iPads and iPods touch capable of running iOS 9.

The latest update, iOS 9.0.2, fixes a number of issues with iCloud Backups, iMessage activations and, on the iPhone 6 Plus and 6s Plus, rotation issues when receiving notifications.

It also fixes a security issue wherein users could bypass the lock screen with certain Siri commands.

Apple has also released the third public and developer betas for iOS 9.1, which comes with improved performance, updated emoji, and APIs for various new iPhone and iPad features.

The updates are available to iPhone 4s and above, iPad 2 and above, and iPod touch 5th and 6th generation.
