At E3 last month, Microsoft revealed its universal vision for the future of Windows 10 and the Xbox One console.

Xbox Play Anywhere allows users to by specific cross-platform games just once and be able to play them across the Xbox One and Windows 10 PCs. Recently released Xbox One title Quantum Break is one of the first games to take advantage of Xbox Play Anywhere.

At E3, Microsoft stated that all future first-party games will come to Windows 10 and PCs as part of its Xbox Play Anywhere initiative, though marquee titles like the Halo series and Gears of War 4, will remain console exclusives.

On the PC side of things, compatibility rolls out with Windows 10’s anniversary update. Initial titles poised to support the program include the following:

  • Gears of War 4
  • Forza Horizon 3
  • ReCore
  • Sea of Thieves
  • Halo Wars 2
  • Scalebound
  • Killer Instinct Season 3
  • State of Decay 2
  • Ark: Survival Evolved
  • Cuphead
  • We Happy Few
  • Crackdown 3
