HTC Nexus Sailfish specs leaks reveal Snapdragon 820, 4GB of RAM

The forthcoming HTC-made Nexus Sailfish device has recently surfaced on benchmarking service AnTuTu, confirming specs seen in a similar leak on GFXBench.

The AnTuTu data shows the device as having a Snapdragon 820 processor with Adreno 530 GPU, 4GB of RAM, 32GB of ROM (with about 24GB left to the user) and a 1080p display for its reportedly 5-inch screen. It also reveals a 13 megapixel rear-facing camera and 8 megapixel front-facing camera.

Sailfish is the smaller of the two expected Nexus devices, while its companion Marlin is rumoured to have a 5.5-inch display. The devices are expected to arrive shortly after the new version of Android is publicly released, which well-known leakster Evan Blass states will be sometime this month.

In a break from tradition, the Nexus devices will not be the first to run Android Nougat 7.0, with the honour instead going to the LG V20.
