Alcatel’s POP 7 LTE tablet hits Telus stores at $0 down

After debuting at Bell and Virgin in late September, Alcatel has announced that its POP 7 LTE tablet is now available at Telus at $0 down on a two-year contract or $150 CAD outright.

The Android Marshmallow-powered 7-inch tablet features a five touch point display and weighs in at 298.5 grams. Internally, the tablet runs on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 210 processor, 1GB of RAM and 8GB of ROM (expandable by up to 64GB with microSD).

Powering those specs is a 3,240mAh battery, which the company says should provide an all-day charge or 1,000 hours of standby charge. The camera package features a 5-megapixel rear shooter and 2-megapixel front-facing camera.

The tablet is available at the same price point at Bell and Virgin Mobile.
