Huawei P10 and P10 Plus are coming to Canada this spring

Huawei is the world’s third largest mobile manufacturer and the company is aiming for top spot within three years. During its keynote presentation at Mobile World Congress, Huawei unveiled the P10 and P10 Plus. Now, we’ve learned that the Android 7.0 Nougat-powered smartphone is heading to Canada.

Working with Canada’s “Tier 1 operators,” Huawei will release the 5.1-inch P10 through Rogers, Bell, Videotron and Fido “this spring.” In addition, Rogers will be the exclusive carrier of the 5.5-inch P10 Plus.

This is reportedly history in the making as it’s the first time a Huawei flagship device is available through carrier retail channels in North America.

“By working with industry leaders such as Leica, and by investing in innovative technology and features, we’ve grown to be the world’s 3rd largest smartphone company,” said Huawei Canada President Sean Yang. “Consumers around the world have come to expect smartphones that are functional, stylish and innovative, and we look forward to working with Rogers, Fido, Bell, Videotron and others in bringing the HUAWEI user experience to Canada.”

Unfortunately, Canadian pricing for the P10 and P10 Plus are not yet known, nor a firm release date. Below are the complete specs of the new flagship smartphones:
