eShop update allows Nintendo Switch users to save credit card information

Nintendo Switch front screen

Due to the dismal availability of the Nintendo Switch, many might not know that you couldn’t save your credit card information in the eShop. However, with the newest eShop update, you can now save your credit card.

It’s odd that this is an issue considering the Nintendo 3DS and the Nintendo Wii U already feature this functionality.

As pointed out by Engadget, after you clicked to add funds onto your Switch and entered your credit card information, you can now click on the ‘Save’ checkbox. This will save your credit card information until you enter a new credit card.

Since the Nintendo eShop is a web-based, no lengthy update to your Nintendo Switch is necessary. Save your credit card after buying Minecraft: Switch Edition so you have it on file for Arms.
