Canadian Nintendo Switch fans are in for a treat.
Nintendo of Canada announced on Monday that it will hold a special Super Mario Odyssey event throughout the week of June 12th. Over the course three days — June 13th, 14th and 15th — Canadians will get the chance to try the upcoming game ahead of its fall 2017 release.
Nintendo will hold the preview event at theĀ Erin Mills Town Centre in Mississauga, Ontario and Metropolis at MetrotownĀ in Burnaby, B.C.
To take part in the play session, Nintendo asks that interested parties visit one of the two event locations on June 10th to register. As an added bonus, Nintendo will give fans who show that they’ve pre-ordered two select Nintendo Switch games — specifically,Ā Super Mario Odyssey, ARMS and Splatoon 2 — a Mario Universe Challenge Coin. Fans can also win a $100 Nintendo Kiosk credit when they’ve shown that they’ve pre-ordered two first party games.
ARMS, Nintendo’s upcoming motion control brawler, will also be playable at the event.
