Analytics and marketing platform DeltaDNA has found Apple’s, Google’s and Samsung’s latest smartphone models achieve stellar game monetization numbers.

DeltaDNA states that, normally, about two to three percent of smartphone gamers make in-app purchases in free-to-play mobile games. With an average value of $1.50 USD, during the lifetime of an app.

However, that number increases immensely with the newer devices.

10.23 percent of gamers make in-game purchases on an iPhone X, with an average cost of $3.77.

Here’s the complete list of smartphones, along with how many users spend in-game money and how much money is spent per game.

DeltaDNA’s study surveyed 1.7 million North Americans that use an iPhone 8, iPhone X, Pixel 2 and Galaxy S8 devices.

The study took into account the number of players who spend money on in-app purchases as well as the amount of money a user spends on the app during the course of the time using the app.

Older smartphones have significantly lower numbers. The iPhone 7 had a 5.63 conversion rate, with an average lifetime of $1.27.
