BlackBerry Keyone

BlackBerry 2017’s smartphones, the KEYone and the Motion are on sale at Telus and its flanker brand Koodo.

The midrange smartphones are available on a two-year plan at a discounted rate. Those interested can pick up the BlackBerry KEYone at Telus for $200 CAD off, making it $0 down.

Meanwhile the BlackBerry Motion is $100 off, also making it $0 down. To get that price, users are required to purchase a qualifying plan. Plans start at $95 and include unlimited local calling and 3GB of data though that may vary depending on region.

At Koodo you’re saving $245 off the full retail price of the BlackBerry Motion. This only works with the carrier’s ‘Tab Medium’ plan with a $15 Tab charge.

One should note, however, that the BlackBerry KEYone and the BlackBerry Motion are also available zero down at Bell on a two-year term. This requires the user to have a minimum of 1GB for $25 per month of data plus of a minimum if $80 per month. Bell isn’t calling this a discount.

Rogers on the other hand has the KEYone for $199.99 on its two year plan.

Outright you can get the KEYone for $700 at both Telus and Bell, while at it retails at $679.99. Meanwhile the BlackBerry Motion is available at Telus and Koodo for $605, while it retails for $599 at Bell.

It’s expected that the BlackBerry handsets will go on sale as the BlackBerry KEY2 is expected to make an appearance sometime in the near future.
