Google’s ‘Pretty Please’ for Assistant wants to make us all more polite

Google is trying to make the world a more polite place.

A new feature dubbed ‘Pretty Please’ is set to roll out to Google Assistant soon. The feature will enable Assistant to respond to contextual cues, specifically when users posit an Assistant query by asking with the word “Please.”

The goal is to encourage users — especially young children — to behave more politely when speaking to Google’s digital assistant.
