Casalova aims to disrupt the Canadian online house hunting market

The company can connect a user with an agent in 30 seconds

Casalova says it aims to streamline Canada’s $14 billion real estate industry.

Casalova was founded in 2014 and services just under 140 cities in Canada, according to a recent press release. The company claims that it’s able to connect users to an agent that replies in as little as 30 seconds, which is under the industry average of 15 hours.

“Our platform is eliminating a major service gap in real estate. People looking for a new home simply open our site, find a property they like, and connect with a live agent nearby in under 30 seconds,” said Casalova CEO Ray Jaff in a press release.

The service aggregates listings from different locations in Canada into its web platform, showing listings from realtors like MLS, Royal LePage and Re/Max among others.

At the beginning of May 2018, Casalova had crossed over $50 million total in housing sales and rentals, according to a recent press release.
