Canada and the U.S. are set to play each other again for the top spot in the 4 Nations Face-Off hockey tournament.
The two North American teams play each other for the title in Boston at 8 p.m. ET, and you can watch the match on Sportsnet or the Sportsnet+ streaming service in Canada. Sportsnet+ costs $25 per month for the basic subscription or $35 for all the NHL games and world events. That said, you only need the basic plan to watch tonight’s game.
The two teams played each other on February 15, with the U.S. winning 3-1. The game also got extremely heated as Canada booed the U.S. national anthem, leading to many fights and rough play.
This will be a rematch with more on the line than just a tournament championship. Citing a survey it commissioned, Rogers says 60 percent of Canadians would find the victory even more meaningful amid the economic tensions with the U.S., and I’m guessing that after the publicity the last Canada vs. U.S. game got, even more than nine million Canadians will watch the show.
Rogers’ survey also highlighted that over three-quarters of Canadians believe hockey is core to the country’s national identity, and 75 percent said Canada’s national pride is deeply intertwined with the sport.
The survey was conducted by Sago among general population Canadians in both English and French. Sago conducted the survey between February 14th and 19th, 2025, with a sample size of 1,015.
