Crunchyroll and Sony Pictures have announced that Demon Slayer: Kimetsu No Yaiba Infinity Castle will be released in theatres in Canada and the U.S. on September 12, 2025.
The first film of the Infinity Castle trilogy will be available in Japanese with English subtitles and dubbed in English. The film focuses on Tanjiro’s trip to the demon’s stronghold, the Infinity Castle. As someone who has read the manga, I can tell you there will be crazy battles, such as the Demon Corps battle against Muzan Kitbutsuji’s Upper Six Kizuki.
If you want to catch up before the film, Crunchyroll has the first three seasons and the Mugen Train movie. You can also save the date for the film on the Demon Slayer Movie website.
In Canada, Crunchyroll offers three subscription tiers: ‘Fan,’ ‘Mega Fan one-month subscription,’ and ‘Mega Fan 12-month subscription’ for $9.99, $12.49, and $124.99, respectively. Crunchyroll also offers a 14-day free trial with unlimited anime, no ads, and new episodes as early as one hour after release in Japan. Users can also create a free account on Crunchyroll and stream with ads, though the free tier doesn’t offer the platform’s complete catalogue.
Recently, I interviewed the English voice actor for the character Zenitsu Agatsuma, Aleks Le, about his time on Solo Leveling.
