Samsung’s Galaxy One UI 7 is available on the Galaxy S25 series, and will eventually make its way to the S24 series and the Galaxy foldables. However, there seems to be an issue with the roll out.
According to the well-known Ice Universe, a serious bug was found, and Samsung has suspended the launch of the update globally. The Verge has confirmed that the update is no longer available on Samsung’s servers as of the latest firmware version across Galaxy devices. Samsung hasn’t officially confirmed the pause.

Some users have already downloaded One UI 7 since the update was released in the U.S. and Canada on April 10. However, it seems like Samsung hasn’t announced any fix for users who’ve already downloaded the update.
That being said, The Verge indicates that most of the complaints about the issue have come from owners of the Galaxy S24 handsets in South Korea.
