Nintendo Switch 2 pre-orders are up at GameStop Canada [Update]

Update: 24/04/2025 at 12:34 p.m. ET — GameStop Canada has confirmed that it’s sold out of initial Nintendo Switch 2 pre-orders.

Nintendo Switch 2 pre-orders have gone live at GameStop Canada. Note that a queue system is in effect.

Here are links to both the console and the Mario Kart World bundle:

• Nintendo Switch 2 console — $629.99
• Nintendo Switch 2 (Mario Kart World bundle) — $699.99

Note that GameStop Canada stores have also been accepting pre-orders since they opened this morning, although there’s no guarantee, of course, that any of them are still available. The Switch 2 launches on June 5, and GameStop has confirmed select stores across Canada will do a midnight launch for it.

Switch 2 pre-orders have already gone up (and sold out) at several other retailers, including Walmart and Best Buy, but check back with our full pre-order guide in case any of them get restocks in the coming days or weeks.
