Several first-party Nintendo games are currently on sale on the Switch eShop. Given that Nintendo exclusives don’t often drop in price, this certainly isn’t a bad deal.
Until July 10, you can save on such games as:
- Animal Crossing: New Horizons — $55.99 (regularly $79.99)
- The Legend of Zelda: Link’s Awakening — $55.99 (regularly $79.99)
- Luigi’s Mansion 2 HD — $55.99 (regularly $79.99)
- Nintendo Switch Sports — $34.99 (regularly $49.99)
- Nintendo World Championships: NES Edition — $27.99 (regularly $39.99)
- Super Mario Odyssey — $53.59 (regularly $79.99)
- Super Mario 3D World + Bowser’s Fury — $53.59 (regularly $79.99)
- Xenoblade Chronicles Definitive Edition — $55.99 (regularly $79.99)
- Xenoblade Chronicles 2 — $55.99 (regularly $79.99)
As a reminder, the Nintendo Switch 2 can play almost every Switch game, so you can always pick one of these up and play on the recently-released system. On top of that, several games have received free Switch 2 updates that offered graphical and/or frame rate enhancements, including, from the above list, Super Mario Odyssey, Super Mario 3D World + Bowser’s Fury and The Legend of Zelda: Link’s Awakening.
In other Nintendo news, the GameCube classic Super Mario Strikers from Vancouver-based Next Level Games is coming to Nintendo Switch Online on Switch 2 next week.
