PlayStation’s Helldivers 2 coming to Xbox consoles

Helldivers 2 is now available to pre-order for Xbox consoles

On July 3, the official Helldivers 2 YouTube channel released a video announcing the game’s release for the Xbox Series X|S.

Previously exclusive to PlayStation and PC, the game is now expanding its reach to Xbox consoles.

“We know gamers have been asking for this for some time and we are so excited to bring more Helldivers into our game. We have so much more in store for the future months and years – and the more players we have the more stories we can tell! The fight for Super Earth has only just begun.” said Mikael Eriksson, game director of Helldivers 2, during the announcement of the game’s launch on Xbox.

Xbox owners can now pre-order Helldivers 2 in either the standard edition for $49.99 or the Super Citizen Edition for $79.99. Regardless of edition, those who pre-order the game can expect to receive three additional in-game armour sets.

Helldivers 2 will be releasing on Xbox consoles on August 26.
