Samsung officially unveiled the Galaxy Z Fold 7, the Z Flip 7, the Galaxy Watch Ultra 2025, the Galaxy Watch 8, and the Galaxy Watch 8 Classic at its 2025 summer Unpacked event. The company also unveiled the Galaxy Z Flip 7 FE, but that phone isn’t coming to Canada, so we’ll skip out.
Expect top-of-the-line features from the Z Fold 7, which the company says delivers an “Ultra” experience. Additionally, the Z Flip 7 finally offers a full 4.1-inch cover display, pushing it in line with the Razr family, but in the North, Samsung might be the reigning choice.
The company has also brought back its Classic series, which includes the infamous rotating bezel, alongside the Galaxy Watch 8 and Watch Ultra 2.
Surprisingly, the Galaxy Z Fold 7 is $50 cheaper in the North, and despite the improvements, the Z Flip 7 still retains its pricing.
Update July 9, 2025 at 2:54 p.m. ET: Samsung also has some pre-order options available, including allowing customers to double their storage at no extra cost (about $180 in savings). Other bonuses include up to $1,100 in savings with an eligible trade-in, a six-day voucher offering $300 off the Fold 7 or $200 off the Flip 7, up to 30 per cent off the Galaxy Buds 3 Pro or 30 per cent off one of Samsung’s new Galaxy Watch devices, and more.
