A new story trailer for Pokémon Legends Z-A was shown off during the Pokémon Presents livestream.
The release of this trailer lets fans know exactly what kind of story they can expect from this new entry into the Pokémon series. While also introducing new characters and evolutions.
Z-A will be taking fans back to the Kalos region, specifically Lumiose City, to investigate the anomalous rogue Mega Evolutions that have been happening. Players will be tasked with uncovering the truth behind this strange phenomenon.
Nintendo is also offering a new bundle to accompany the game. This bundle is available now for pre-order for $699.99.
Pokémon Legends Z-A is set to release on October 16, 2025, for both Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch 2 and is now available to pre-order for $84.99 for Nintendo Switch and $99.99 for Nintendo Switch 2
Those who pre-order will receive two early-purchase bonuses for in-game rewards. The first is a claimable Pokémon: Ralts with a Gardevoirite stone. This bonus is available to claim until February 28, 2026. The second bonus is a gift of 100 Poké Balls, which can be redeemed using a serial code that is available to claim until February 28, 2026. The code will be valid until March 10, 2026.
