Fizz Mobile customers in B.C. and Alberta were having some issues receiving calls from August 14-16, with the service only allowing for calls between Fizz-to-Fizz numbers.
Now customers have received a message from Fizz offering three days of unlimited data. The Fizz message thanks customers for staying with them, and that their goal is to offer the best mobile service possible.

The message to customers doesn’t mention anything regarding the two-to-three-day outage.
However, some customers took to Reddit to discuss the offer. One user said that the company hasn’t taken accountability after the service outage, while another mentions that data wasn’t even the issue.
The service returned on August 16.
