Crave to stream new documentary about Canadian women’s rugby team

Bell has announced a new documentary about the Canadian women’s rugby team.

It’s a four-episode series tentatively titled All Heart: Canada Women’s Rugby and the Quest for Rugby World Cup Glory that’s set to premiere in 2026. Produced by Toronto-based Boat Rocker Studios (Netflix’s Bet), the docuseries will follow the Canadian women’s rugby team on its journey through the Women’s Rugby World Cup 2025.

Backed by BMO, the series was directed by award-winning Canadian documentary filmmaker Kathleen Jayme (Naomi Osaka: The Second Set), with Canada’s Jay Baruchel (This is the End) and The Tragically Hip serving as executive producers.

The announcement of the docuseries comes as Canada’s women’s rugby team is set to face England in the final match of Women’s Rugby World Cup 2025, having recently defeated world champions New Zealand. The championship game will take place Saturday, September 27 at 11 a.m. ET/8 a.m. PT and air live on TSN1, TSN4 and CTV2.
